Why does this man look normal and relaxed yet is wearing a shirt collar and tie far above an average level of smartness - such a radical standard, yet he looks normal and relaxed and is not acting? .... He is ENCOURAGING me to do likewise and not to be shy! Encouragement from others is important if you doubt something you do, being regarded well by people. I am very encouraged to be like this. AND TO BE NORMAL AT THE SAME TIME!
