You don't experiment with people in the sense of treating somebody against morals from the Bible and introducing them into the World to try and change the world though them being altered, singled -out and introduced into the world to see what happens as an experiment.

It is alright to experiment with people to see what great things they can do or to find out more about them, or even to test them or discipline them; but never to single them out with other people.

It is quite normal in Sport to experiment with people to reach and find their capacity which can be used to benefit the world, but never using steroids.
Experimenting with people finds out what they can and cannot do, but you should never use a person as an experiment in order to use them in having an effect on the world. (Being Singled Out to be treated  humanly differently).
Consensual experimenting between people in relationships is alright so long as you are not inviting/or enticing someone to break the law                                               (which is a crime by the way).
The  highly questionable use of Agent Provocateurs needs to only be employed or considered in catching criminals. Not victims who have fallen into traps for being "on the good side".
Why? Because of what the Bible says.
What if the man on the left was being put into the flask by his pal on the right to alter him? The pal on the left would no longer be a pal, would he?! That shows it isn't right to experiment with people, apart from when two people are playing with each other, including in their beds!
Honor equal human rights.
You should never say someone is bad who isn't bad;- Maybe you need to do a few experiments to find out!
(one experiment to find out about somebody is to find out what causes all the different emoji emotions in somebody)
You should never experiment with somebody if you already know the results about them. That is called disrespect. It puts a lot of strain on somebody who should be getting on with their life instead of being tested all the time. That's just making an excuse.
Experimenting with someone should be CONSENSUAL and the moment you know the result, the experimenting STOPS. You accredit them worthy with the results.
